Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
The short version: be honest, roast the pitch and not the person, and only promote things inside a Pitch. Coupons come from businesses, not from us, and you earn one with real feedback, not flattery.
The full terms below are what actually apply.
1. This agreement
Vibdit (the website at vibdit.com and its related services, together the “Service”) is operated by Fatt Corporation, a Wyoming corporation (“Fatt Corporation,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Fatt Corporation. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
If you use the Service for a business, you agree to these Terms for that business too, and you confirm you have authority to do so. In that case “you” means both you and the business.
2. Who can use Vibdit
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these Terms for you.
- You must be at least 18 to open a business account, offer coupons, or post Pitches.
- You can’t use the Service if we have previously banned you, or if the law forbids you from using it.
3. Your account
- Give accurate sign-up information and keep your email address current.
- One person, one personal account. Don’t create extra accounts to vote, pick, claim coupons, or get around a ban.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@vibdit.com if you think someone else got in.
- We may reclaim or change usernames that impersonate someone, infringe a trademark, or are otherwise abusive.
4. Your content
“Content” means anything you post or send through the Service: posts, comments, links, images, votes, roast picks, private feedback messages, and pick suggestions.
- You keep ownership of your Content.
- You give us a license to run the Service with it. You grant Fatt Corporation a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, distribute, adapt (for example, resizing images or making previews), and publish your Content to operate, improve, and promote the Service. This license ends when your Content is deleted from our systems, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups, copies others have already shared, and records we must keep for legal or safety reasons.
- Votes and picks become statistics. Votes and roast picks are counted into totals, tallies, rankings, and scores. You agree we may keep using those totals, and aggregate statistics built from them, after you delete your account. Aggregate statistics don’t identify you; see the Privacy Policy.
- You’re responsible for what you post. You confirm you have the rights to post it and that it doesn’t break the law or these Terms.
- Feedback about Vibdit. If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Service, including suggested roast picks, we may use them without paying you or owing you anything.
5. Community rules
Roast the pitch, not the person. You may not use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, bully, or target any person, or encourage others to;
- post hate speech, or attack people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or similar traits;
- post anyone’s private information (home address, phone number, financial or ID details, and the like) without their permission;
- post sexual content involving minors in any form, or non-consensual intimate images. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children;
- impersonate a person or business, or misrepresent your connection to one;
- promote a business, product, or service outside a Pitch (see section 6);
- manipulate votes, picks, rankings, or coupon eligibility, including through extra accounts, bots, paid or traded votes, or coordinated brigading;
- post content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else’s rights, including false or misleading claims about a product or a competitor;
- upload malware, scrape the Service at a rate that burdens it, probe or bypass its security, or interfere with how it runs;
- use the Service to break any law, including consumer-protection, advertising, and privacy laws.
Individual communities may add their own rules. Community moderators can enforce those rules within their community.
6. Pitches and self-promotion
- Promotion is allowed on Vibdit, but only out in the open. If you post about a business, product, or service you own, work for, or are paid by, it must be a Pitch from a business account. The Pitch badge is how readers know it’s promotional.
- Promotion posted any other way may be relabeled, moved to the Pitches area, or removed. This can happen automatically or because users reported it. Repeated hidden promotion can lead to suspension.
- Businesses are solely responsible for the truth of their Pitches, including prices, claims, endorsements, and comparisons, and for following advertising law, including the FTC Act and state consumer-protection laws.
7. Roast picks and feedback
- Roast picks are chosen from a fixed menu. Picks show publicly only as totals and percentages; other users don’t see which picks you chose. We may edit the menu at any time.
- Private feedback threads are visible to you, the business you’re talking to, and Fatt Corporation (for moderation, safety, and legal compliance). The business can see your username and what you write there. These threads are private, not confidential: either participant could still share what was said.
- Your picks and feedback must reflect your honest opinion. Don’t pick or write things just to earn a coupon or to help or hurt a business.
8. Coupons
For everyone
- Coupons are offered by businesses, not by Fatt Corporation. The business that offers a coupon is solely responsible for honoring it and for its terms. Fatt Corporation is not a party to any coupon or purchase. We don’t guarantee that a coupon will be honored, works, or is worth anything.
- Coupons have no cash value unless the business says otherwise. They can’t be transferred or sold unless the business allows it, and they are void where prohibited. Each offer is limited to one coupon per person.
- A coupon is a thank-you for giving feedback. It is not payment for positive feedback, and you never have to say anything good to qualify.
- If you got a coupon or anything else of value from a business and later post publicly about that business on Vibdit or elsewhere, clearly disclose that you received it.
- We may cancel coupon eligibility, withhold a release, or ban accounts for fraud, duplicate accounts, coupon farming, or low-effort feedback written only to get a coupon.
- You are responsible for any taxes on coupons or discounts you receive.
For businesses that offer coupons
- You must honor every code released through the Service under the terms you stated, until the stated expiry.
- You decide whether feedback is “helpful.” That decision must be about the effort and substance of the feedback, never about whether it is positive. You may not condition a coupon on a good review, a high rating, a positive pick, or a public post. You may not penalize or threaten anyone for negative feedback.
- You may not ask roasters to post reviews elsewhere, or use their feedback as a public testimonial, without their separate, express consent and any disclosures the law requires.
- You are responsible for following all laws that apply to your offers, including the FTC Act, the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, the Consumer Review Fairness Act, and state laws on promotions and gift certificates.
- You may use the private feedback you receive to improve your business. You may not publish it in a way that identifies the roaster without their permission.
9. Business accounts
- The information you give us about your business must be accurate. We may ask you to verify it, and we may require verification before you can offer coupons.
- Regular posts from a business account are treated as promotion and moved to the Pitches area.
- A verified badge only means we confirmed certain information at one point in time. It is not an endorsement.
- We may offer paid features for businesses later. If we do, we’ll show you the price and any additional terms before you pay. Paid features will never buy a higher ranking, more favorable picks, or the removal of honest roasts.
10. Moderation and enforcement
- We may remove or restrict Content, move promotion to Pitches, or suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or create risk for others or for us. We may do this with or without notice.
- Community moderators are volunteers. They are not employees or agents of Fatt Corporation, and their decisions are their own.
- We don’t pre-screen Content and aren’t responsible for what users post. Report anything that breaks these rules using the Report button, or by email at support@vibdit.com.
- If you think we got a decision wrong, email us and we’ll take another look.
11. Copyright complaints
We respect copyright and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe Content on Vibdit infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@vibdit.com, subject line “DMCA Notice,” including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- the link to the material you want removed;
- your name, address, phone number, and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorized to act for the owner.
If your Content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the information the DMCA requires. We end the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
12. Links and other businesses
Some posts are made automatically by accounts marked BOT, such as u/vibdit_news, which posts news headlines with a link to the original story. Those stories belong to their publishers; we don’t write them or vouch for them.
The Service includes links to other websites, and Pitches and coupons from businesses we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their sites, products, services, or conduct. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Fatt Corporation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that Content is accurate, or that any coupon, business, or user is trustworthy.
14. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fatt Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service, Content, coupons, or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US $100.
Some places don’t allow certain of these limits. Where that’s the case, they apply only to the extent the law allows.
15. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Fatt Corporation because of your Content, your use of the Service, your coupons or business dealings, or your violation of these Terms or the law, you will defend and indemnify Fatt Corporation against that claim and pay the resulting losses and reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, to the extent the law allows.
16. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account in Settings, or by emailing support@vibdit.com from the address on your account. We may suspend or end your access as described in section 10. Sections 4 (the parts on licenses for existing totals and backups), 8, and 12 through 19 survive after your account ends, as does any obligation to honor coupons already released.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and Fatt Corporation consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this doesn’t take away any protections or right to bring claims in your home courts that the law where you live gives you.
Before filing any claim, please email us at support@vibdit.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If a change is material, we’ll tell you in advance on the Service or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you don’t agree, stop using the Service and you may delete your account.
19. Everything else
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Fatt Corporation about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a provision, we haven’t waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example to a company that acquires the Service. Contact: Fatt Corporation, support@vibdit.com.
